Shipping Policy


Shipping via Postal Services or Courier

Corbin Saddlery CC offers its customers standard post office and courier delivery service for all orders, except in the rare circumstance that the courier does not deliver to the address you provide.

Shipping Rates

Our rates include a handling, materials, insurance and delivery fee. All shipping charges are estimated based on the product mass, dimensions and your shipping location. Actual shipping charges may vary from the initial estimate.

Additional Shipping Charges

Certain products will not necessarily be able to be shipped at the above base rates. Heavier and/or larger items may attract extra charges added to the shipping costs. We will inform you via email should your shipments require any further charges.

Shipping Method

We use the South African Post Office and various courier services depending on your shipping preference to ship your parcels countrywide or internationally to you. All items are insured against loss during shipping. You cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped and the proof of the tracking details has been emailed to you. Should you attempt to cancel an order the charges will be enforced.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders shipped via courier that are delayed at their respective depots for any reason. Items leave our warehouse in appropriate shipping packaging to prevent any damage in transit. We will attempt to assist you in tracking a parcel if necessary.

Delivery Times

Our delivery times depend on availability of stock and clearance of your payment. Items in stock (unless otherwise specified on the product description) will be shipped within 10 days of receipt of your order.

Details of your order shipment will be confirmed with an order tracking number upon dispatchment.

If you have a query with your order once it has been delivered or you have an item missing, you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Thereafter, we regrettably do not entertain any queries for missing items after 7 days.

Exclusions

We regrettably do not allow collections from our warehouse under any circumstances.
We do not accept responsibility for an incorrectly provided shipping address.
We cannot guarantee nor have any power over delivery dates.
